gathered to pray
Our priority is to “seek first the Kingdom of God”. (Matthew 6:33). This means that worshipping Jesus is what we do before anything else. We invest in our relationship with Him, spending time in prayer.
Prayer is simple and we can all do it! Jesus’ advice for when we pray was “go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father”.
What are you praying for?
The Bible tells us not to worry about anything “but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand. And this peace will control the way you think and feel.” (Philippians 4:6-7)
